'Our armed forces will remain a shield for the nation, a pillar of progress', says UAE President on 48th Armed Forces Unification Day

Dubai [UAE], May 6 (ANI/WAM): On the event of the 48th commemoration of the unification of the UAE Military, President Sheik Mohamed container Zayed Al Nahyan conveyed the accompanying proclamation to individuals from the military.

''May sixth is quite possibly of the most worshipped and persevering through day throughout the entire existence of the UAE. On this day in 1976, one of the main choices of the country was made to bind together our military. I likewise praise the qualities they champion, all of which address our dear country, especially in their endeavors to help the destitute and support those burdened in catastrophe and emergency regions.

On this day, we petition God for leniency for our respectable fallen legends who gave their lives with regards to the UAE and its qualities and keep on filling in as models of nationalism and penance.

Our military will stay a safeguard for the country, a defender of improvement, and a mainstay of progress in the UAE.''
